1. Purpose of the Assessment

MyNextTrack is designed to help students explore possible career directions based on their interests, preferences, strengths, and activity choices.

The report is intended for educational and career exploration purposes only.

2. Honest Responses

The usefulness of the report depends on the accuracy and honesty of the student's responses. Incorrect or misleading responses may affect the quality of the report.

3. Report Usage

The MyNextTrack Career Direction Report is a guidance tool. It should not be treated as:

• a psychological diagnosis

• an aptitude certification

• a medical opinion

• a guarantee of career success

• the sole basis for choosing subjects, colleges, or careers

Students and parents are encouraged to use the report along with discussions with teachers, mentors, counsellors, and family members.

4. Intellectual Property

The assessment, report format, scoring methodology, content, branding, and design are the intellectual property of MyNextTrack.

The report is intended for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or commercially distributed without written permission.

5. Changes

MyNextTrack may update the assessment, report format, features, pricing, and these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
